As a first timer, it was far easier to use than I expected. The only glitch was user error where I didn't realize the calendar they use is Monday to Sunday, NOT Sunday to Monday. In the end, everything worked out. Greg is a calm and consistent driver which I really appreciated as I can get motion sickness if there is a lot of accelerating and braking. I will definitely use again.
Great service was early and got there quick. Would recommend
Very friendly and helpful. Excellent service.
The Baccelieu taxi is reliable and a convenient way to travel to and from St.John's and Conception Bay South/North. You can even pay with your card on the bus upon arrival at your destination. I've been traveling by bus and taxi across the province for years and this is the first time I've been conveniently able to pay this way. Also the customer service is the best I've ever received for this type of service. Thank you Baccelieu Taxi for a comfortable and quick trip to Bay Roberts! I wish this service was available on the weekend, but other than that it was a fantastic first experience.
I use this bus often to go back and forth for appointments and an occasional fun day in the city. This is a truly wonderful service, the bus is always clean and the driver is so kind and always on time!
Excellent Services. Online booking is fine but couldn't recech anyone on phone number.
A very good experience. Comfortable Bus and the driver was great. My connecting ride was late and he waited with me.
Great Mini Getaway with the Baccalieu Bus Service. New comfy bus capable of seating 12-14 people. Air conditioned. Seat belts in bus, and each seat has a charging port. Gil is a friendly and accommodating driver. Can't begin to say how great this service is, especially serving the North Shore and beyond. This is my 3rd trip and I will definately travel with them again and whole heartedly recommend their services. 🇨🇦😁
Friendly, helpful driver! Door to door service-great price; what more could you ask for? I would definitely recommend this service and will use it again!
